I thought I would happily move up the ladder and move from a technician to a sys admin or a network admin.  I finally have the opportunity to earn a great amount of experience as a sys admin.  I am learning that it’s not all what it’s cracked up to be.  I think my unfortunate downfall in this particular situation is that I am being lead by a person who has no real regard for wanting to teach me and that expectations are much higher than what it is.  It’s unfortunate but I am hanging in there.  I hope all goes well.  Cheers.
