You can download it here.  The IntelliPoint bug: bug ID#: 554429.  If you are apart of Microsoft Connect and could take a few moments to verify the bug and vote for it, I would really appreciate it.  In any case, the platform preview 2 seems to be a lot faster.  They still haven’t updated the UI to include back and forward buttons or even an address bar.  Anyways give it a try.
