Key to living to 100?

Telomeres. Yes, telomeres, which are described to be like those end caps you see on shoe laces to preserve them from unraveling. Interesting to say the least. Hope they figure it out before my time is up. I don’t want to live until infinity but would like to live until maybe 150.
