EMachine W2060 does not POST

I have an EMachine W2060 desktop that displays these symptoms:
- Unit powers on
- Unit does not POST
- No video display on monitor
Upon doing some research, one of the very first results when searching for “W2060 motherboard” is from a forum which a few people say that this has happened to them and that the motherboard needed to be replaced.
In my particular case, I changed out everything, memory, processor, power supply, and was still unable to get it to POST. I do believe this particular unit has a bad motherboard. In the case where you need to purchase another motherboard, you can find one here: http://parts.emachines.com/emachines/moreinfo.asp?product_id=68990.

I am working on a emachine W2060 that has similar problems but the macine post and boots up prperly with video then after about 20-25 seconds the video just goes out. Everything is still running normally. I think it might be the MB but if any other resolutions please help
I am working on a W2060 and it will not post no lights but the drive is running and no video. I replaced the power supply but nada. I replaced teh Video card for no video nada. Any suggestions?
I also am working on an emachine desktop. I just learned how to build my own computer, and my first project was with the emachine. After I finished installing everything, the computer ran fine for a few weeks. Now when I plug up the power supply, the Cpu comes on by itself. To make things worse I can’t turn it off at all. No matter how long I hold the SW/DC switch, it boots right back up. I even tried the same process grounding myself, and using a screw to power it off and on, but only for the same results. On top of that, to make things worse than that, the whole while I am troubleshooting, the video has not shown at all, even though it is pluged up. So, the two main things are:
1. My computer will not power off. 2. The Video will not show on the moniter at all.
Oh, sorry. Can someone please give me some advise please?
I dont usually comment, but after reading through so much info I had to say thanks
