Acer computers: avoid them like the plague. Their support and website suck. Their website is slow and almost non-functional. You have to jump through hoops just to get to the download area. I don’t understand how or why they would let their website be so slow. I’m on a cable connection and I am downloading from their site at dial-up speeds. That is just unacceptable. I have tried on several different connections, home, work, friend’s house, all the same result. Unbelievable, I would never recommend them to any family or friends, ever.
