Sorry about the lack of updates

My keyboard at home is getting very hard to type with.  The Microsoft Natural 4000 is not letting up on its firm buttons.  I now know what people like about this type of keyboard and I think the majority actually enjoy that firm press of the keys.  It does have a lot of tactile feedback, not so like my current keyboard that I am typing this post from.  I think I will start looking for the older model Microsoft Wireless Natural Keyboard Pro 2.0 from about a year ago.  If you found this post via Google and have a brand new Wireless Natural 2.0 Pro keyboard/mouse combo, please leave a comment and I’ll consider purchasing it from you if it’s at a decent and reasonble price.

Asics Gel-Kayano XII running shoes

I went to the mall yesterday in hopes of purchasing a new pair of running shoes.  I went to Foot Action and got into a conversation with the worker there and he recommended any Asics branded shoe over New Balance.  I had gone in there in hopes of picking up a new pair of New Balances but I had read online that Asics is preferred over NB by most runners.  I have heard nothing but negative about Nike running shoes such as their Air Max lines, including the new 360 line.  I had read nothing but praise for both Asics and NB.  I opted for the Asics Gel-Kayano XII @ $134.99.

I got to break them in this morning as I walked to work which is about half a mile from my home.  It felt really good, I can feel the air flowing onto my toes.  This is something I’ve truly never felt with a lot of other shoes including Nike Air Max shoes.  I hope this will keep my feet from smelling rank when the day is done lol.  So far, these shoes do not disappoint.  If you’re looking for a new pair of actual running shoes and do not care what they look like but rather, care for the performance aspect of shoes, then consider any Asics running shoes.  I can now recommend these shoes from first hand experience.  I’ll continue to update this post after I take the shoes out for a nice run and use them while I train throughout the weekend.  I’m hoping someone will come away with a new outlook towards Asics and New Balance shoes after this post.  Have a great weekend and aloha!
