Cheating or plan on cheating on your spouse? Think again, OWNED!

This lady supposedly found out her husband is cheating on her.  This is a direct link to her blog.

Verizon offering 50Mbps download/5Mbps upload service!

Can you see, double you tee ef (WTF)?  Holy smokes!  50 freaking Megabits of bandwidth, download wise and then FIVE Megabits upload.  That is just plain insane.  It looks like Verizon is taking it up a notch against its competitors and trying to leave them in the dust, or should I say dark.  Parts of New York, Jersey and Connecticut currently has this 50/5 plan available to them.  If only Verizon would do this nationwide, including Hawaii, there would be no more monopolistic Road Runner to rip all of us poor consumers off.  AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!

KVMTalk.com - my new project

Well, as you can probably see, if you found my blog via Google or other various search engines, you’ll notice that I do indeed talk about KVM switches frequently.  I decided that there really is no KVM resource site out there, therefore, I took it upon myself to create www.kvmtalk.com.  I will be reviewing KVM switches as well as taking questions and posting answers.  I hope to have the site up within the next month.  I’ll definately update the news here as to when the site will officially launch.  Until then, aloha!

AMD price cuts: coming soon

According to this nice article over at DailyTech, it seems that the AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+ will be cut to around $150.00.  Now that doesn’t mean it will retail for that price but I am sure hoping so.

In order to keep up with Intel and Intel’s new offering, Conroe aka Core Duo 2, AMD really has to step up the game with reducing the price of their processors to make it appeal more to those who are considering building a new Intel system.  I can honestly say, from the reviews and reading multiple forums, it seems like Intel should be ahead for the next few months while AMD readies their K8L architecture.

In the mean time, Intel should have the lead due to their new performance king, Core Duo 2.  With that in mind, obviously, if a 3800 X2 can be cut in half, $300.00-$150.00 = $150.00 then AMD will still be able to keep at least some of the performance crowd.  Only time will tell though.  I will certainly be keeping my eyes on the price cuts which should happen on or around July 24th.

Jansport Odyssey backpack

So like I mentioned to you guys, I ordered the Jansport Odyssey.  I received it last night but it wasn’t the same bag I actually placed an order for.  It is almost the same bag except for one key piece that throws the entire color scheme of the bag off course.  Now I normally don’t care for these kinds of things but if the website I ordered it from had choosen to display some type of disclaimer like, “The bag you see pictured may not be the one we send you”, it would have been of a lot of help as I would have never ordered the bag in the first place.

I know some of you are going to think to yourself, are you serious?  You’re upset over that?  But it’s the principle of the matter, nothing else.  And here I present you with what I received, and what I placed an order for:

As you can see, pictured above, the bag on the right is what I received. The bag on the left, with the entirely dark grey scheme is what I placed an order for. I’m in talks with their support to see what can be done and if this problem can be fixed. If not, I will be getting my money back and hopefully some type of compensation.
