Dell + AMD = ?

There is a rumor for the year of 2006 that Dell is in talks with AMD to start supplying chips for their desktop computers.  As most of you know, Apple has gone with Intel for their new MacBooks (debut today at MacWorld San Fran) and other computers.  Is this a subliminal nudge towards Intel that Dell is making?  I hope so!  I have been an avid AMD user for over a few years now.  Since the inception of the original slot A Athlon, I’ve been apart of the AMD family.  Anyhow, is this a partnership that is in the making or is it just another rumor?  Who knows, we hear about this at least once every year and usually nothing comes of it.  We’ll just have to wait and see.  Here’s hoping for it to become a reality!

Gov. Ah-nold: Above the law!

Arnie crashed his motorcycle and when the cops came to investigate, they found out he didn’t have a proper motorcycle license to be riding lol!  That is just too funny yet ironic at the same time.  I mean a governor, blatantly breaking the law and then saying something like he didn’t think he needed it or he forgot.  LOL!  Good one Arnold!  Maybe we can add that to your sound board HAHA!

If you visit this site within the next few hours, you’ll notice the store front is down.  This is in preparation for the new items being announced in the coming hours.  From what I have read on the net, Kevin Rose, creator of the site Digg.com, has informed everyone that there will be a new 15″ MacIntelBook using an Intel dual-core processor.  Also there was no mention of the new iPod shuffle nor any mention of the Apple plasma TVs.  We’ll see.  I always like when the store front goes down.
