I had my last final for my Intro to Local Area Networks today. I have been studying my butt off over the past two weeks. I believe I did ok. I needed to get at least 90% right on the test in order to pull off a B in this course. Otherwise, I will end up with a C. I know I could have done better, even an A but I was lazy and didn’t live up to my potential. Juggling a full time job with a family and school is tough but I guess I’m used to it. I know I just have to keep on trucking. Congrats to those who have completed their finals and good luck to those who still face the rough endless all-nighters ahead of you. Talofa!

Some people say it’s good; however, many think that it is not good for US, the consumers. I agree. No competition means no means for innovation and higher prices. ULi was coming out with some awesome stuff lately. I guess nVidia just struck before ATi could. Oh well, live and learn and we’ll just have to wait and see what happens in the future.
I was selected to participate in the MSN Messenger 8 beta test. I received the downlink link two nights ago. So far, I don’t have many contacts to talk to over MSN as I am a regular AIM user. However, the interface is quite nice and here is a screen shot of the login screen.

I’m really digging the user interface that’s for sure. As time goes by and I have more things to test, I’ll keep you guys updated.
